JACKSONVILLE FL, NOVEMBER 12th 2018 – Cloudstar is proud to announce and welcome Roland DuBeau as Senior Vice President of Sales. Roland will be responsible for heading up Cloud national sales and pre-sales engineering initiatives for Mid-level and Enterprise markets
Prior to joining Cloudstar, Roland has enjoyed a prosperous 20 year career designing, engineering, and selling high end technology solutions for both mid-level and enterprise markets.
Roland’s technical experience dates back to his employment at Advanced Information Systems, a Sun Microsystems Company, where he maintained multiple Global Fortune 500 accounts, sold and implemented data center solutions to Bank of America, and the earned Employee of the Year award. Roland moved on to a Regional Sales position at StorageTek, another Sun Microsystems company, where he developed strategic high level (COO, CFO, CIO) relationships within accounts, recruited VARs, and sold enterprise storage technology and related professional services.
Over the past decade, Roland worked with the Scarlett Group closing contracts in excess of 3M in both the capacity of VP of Sales and Marketing, and Directory of Solutions Engineering. Roland’s expertise reside in the areas of: Analysis, design and architecture of Mid-Enterprise Cybersecurity Solutions (SIEM/SOC, MFA/SSO,IPS, UTM, End-Point) and Analysis, design and architecture of Mid-Enterprise Cloud Solutions (IaaS,DRaaS, BaaS and DaaS).
