Heidi brings to Cloudstar 10 years of experience in the Title and Escrow industry

Jacksonville, Florida, December 2, 2019 – Cloudstar is proud to announce and welcome Heidi Griffie as Sr. ResWare Administrator. Heidi will be responsible working in coordination with our Title Production Team to support and manage Cloudstar customers who utilize the ResWare software platform.

Heidi Griffie has 10 years of experience working in the title and escrow industry and 9 years of experience working in ResWare. Heidi started her career working for a national title company in a variety of roles including her most recent role as Branch Manager. In this role Heidi wore many hats in addition to the administration of ResWare whereas her responsibilities also included the training of all new hires on the ResWare system. Heidi is a proven expert in ResWare, specializing in the creation and modification of documents, workflows, and providing process analysis to maximize productivity. Heidi’s experience has and will continue to allow her to provide outstanding customer service for Cloudstar’s customers at every level.
