Cloudstar started in 2009 as Cloudstar Consulting Corporation and was created to meet the unique needs of the land title industry. As the company grew from a consulting and IT infrastructure design firm, Cloudstar Consulting Corporation re-branded as simply “Cloudstar”, a DBA of the newly formed holdings company, Keystone Management Group, LLC. In 2014, Cloudstar purchased a 50% interest in U.S. Telecommunications firm, Teletonix Communications in addition to adding Diologix, an electronic medical records encryption company and Notary Transfer to its portfolio of brands. As of 2017, Cloudstar has expanded to provide services to the entirety of the United States, Canada and Mexico with offices in three states and privately held infrastructure co-located at five U.S data centers.

Today, Cloudstar services the needs of tens of thousands of end users from small firms to publicly traded companies.

Gregory McDonald


Gregory G. McDonald has served as President and CEO of Keystone Management Group, LLC the company that owns Cloudstar since 2013, and CEO and Founder of Cloudstar Consulting Corporation since 2009.  Mr. McDonald’s role is overseeing operations of the various Cloudstar brands, in addition to prioritizing strategic direction and evaluating acquisitions.

Prior to joining Cloudstar, Mr. McDonald co-founded McDonald Balanabian & Associates, a technology consulting company that provided information technology consulting to the title insurance industry, title insurance underwriters, and healthcare providers.

Mr. McDonald volunteers his time as an active committee member on multiple industry committees and brings over 20 years of technology and leadership experience to Cloudstar.

dolores diosDolores Dios

Director of Title Insurance Operations

Forty years ago, at the age of just twenty-three years, old Dolores Dios entered the world of Title Searching.  As the daughter of a Superior Court Judge she was in and out of the courthouses her whole life; but now she was approaching those old stone buildings in an entirely different way; with two young boys at home she was determined to make her life working inside the dusty deed vaults that are hidden behind those old stone walls.

Through her experiences she knew that to be the best she had to learn from the best. Emil Resciniti was an old fashioned lawyer, he not only knew how to search, but he searched each and every one of his own titles. Armed with just a # 2 pencil and a yellow legal pad Dolores began learning the skills of the industry from Mr. Resciniti. In 1976 photocopiers were still not in common use, but this didn’t slow Dolores down one bit; once Dolores was confident and doing well in Essex County, she went off to learn how to search in other counties. She wanted to master all of the indices of all of the vaults. Before Dolores ventured off to the other counties she learned how to use a protractor. She had a strict teacher who demanded perfection, and Dolores did not disappoint him, nor did she disappoint her ever-growing client base.

After all those years, Dolores brings her industry knowledge of the legal and title industries, and her business acumen, to Cloudstar.

Cheryl Swopes


Cheryl Swopes serves as Cloudstar’s Chief Financial Officer overseeing the general operation of the company while managing the data center, technical support, and technology implementation teams.  Cheryl holds a BS in IDS from Michigan State University and an MA Ed. in administration and organizational leadership.  Prior to joining Cloudstar, Cheryl specialized in online, internet based education having taught classes, and contributed to curriculum, for the Florida Virtual Online School System.

Greg Petrow

Greg Petrow

Director of Operations

Greg’s primary roles and responsibilities will include:  managing all hands-on operational aspects of the company, assisting the sales department in the successful growth of the company; and providing the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure Cloudstar’s financial strength and operating efficiency. Special emphasis will be placed on ensuring that Cloudstar continues to deliver the very best in customer service.

Greg has a distinguished leadership record, having led teams that developed a highly successful Upper Court Judgement / Lien Search Company, managed the development of multiple web-based applications, overseen and performed business valuations for tax and litigation purposes, as well as managing the day to day operations of a VC, hedge fund and global investment firm.

Greg earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Case Western Reserve University and was an active member of Zeta Beta Tau.

Christopher Cury

EVP Of Customer Experience

Christopher Cury serves as Cloudstar’s Executive Vice President of Customer Experience working in coordination with the technology implementation teams, support department and sales teams. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Salve Regina University in Newport, RI. Prior to joining Cloudstar Christopher worked in variety of different verticals including retail operations and contact center management.

Daniel Krieger

VP Of Technical Support

Daniel Krieger serves as VP of Technical Support and oversees the New Jersey based technical operations center for Cloudstar.  Daniel started his career as an avid Linux enthusiast, ethical hacker,and technology security expert before moving into an overall IT generalist position. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and currently manages our New Jersey based call center as well as our staff of technical support specialists, system engineers, project managers and infrastructure architects.

Alicia Gonsalves

AVP Office Manager (Jacksonville)

Alicia Gonsalves manages the day-to-day operations of Cloudstar’s Jacksonville office which is the administrative hub of the company. Together with the Jacksonville team, the group manages user account reconciliations, software license management, and works hand-in-hand with both the AR and AP departments.

Alicia past banking experience with both the Royal Bank of Scotland, where she managed foreign exchange transactions, and Citizens Bank, where her committee work lead to improved processes and procedures, makes her a valuable asset to Cloudstar.
